HR at EQT has a key strategic role as talent is our one and only resource to create bottom line top decile returns in our investments. The HR team is driving an HR agenda that is supporting the business and its continued development in a high pace, high performance and high achievement environment by being proactive, agile, entrepreneurial and business focused. The HR team is currently 10 persons supporting the global EQT organization with 500 employees in 8 different business lines across 15 countries and 3 continents. The global HR team is located at our headquarters in Stockholm.

Profile & Role

Is your ambition to develop into the next generation of global HR talent changing the way we look at HR?

We are now looking for a HR Associate to our global team to continue deliver a business focused and forward leaning HR agenda to the growing organization.

Key responsibilities and tasks

  • You will work closely and support our team of HR managers in all HR work streams from performance management, compensation and talent management as well as recruiting and onboarding.
  • Internal customer interaction with international managers in our 15 offices across the globe, first together with HR Manager and over time more independent work towards business line managers with support from HR Manager.
  • We are a lean HR team but with a high service level towards the organization so your days will span from pure HR admin to global HR projects.
  • You will also have the responsibility within the HR team over our HR systems. You will be key contact person towards our system suppliers for all upgrades, corrections and developments. In this role you will also continue to develop digital HR solutions to create efficient, simple, user friendly applications and reports to enhance our support to the organization as well as taking us further in people analytics.

Candidate profile

We believe that you have/are:

  • Academic degree- HR/Organization/Finance and keen interest to build a successful career in global HR.
  • This role requires no less than 2 years of experience with HR related responsibilities and work tasks in a fast paced and high demand environment.
  • International background and exposure – you will work with daily with talent on three continents.
  • The role is Stockholm based but English is the corporate language and the language mostly used throughout the organization.
  • You are passionate about driving bottom line business results through the HR role.
  • You are a person with strong analytical skills and a numeric side proven by strong grades. You see yourself as a fast learner and understand the complexity that can come in this line of work.
  • You are an entrepreneurial person with a doer attitude who is not afraid to work hard to get things done and who takes full responsibilities of your delivery.
  • We look for a person with system knowledge and interest. You need a modern mindset and project managing skills and ability. You can dig deep without losing the total picture.
